Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Aarti drugs is very good company ,Good work environment like they give sakary hike and bonus every year in time.

There is lot of internal politics.salary growth is not well. terminations issues there. Management doesn't look at the down employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
