Timing 9Am to 9Pm 12 hours on Duty time Not Pay OverTime. 3.Hostel Food 3500 Detucted In staffs salary.But food Very Worst Food. 4.Management Very Worst Management. 5.Branches will open more branches All States.But Staff Salary will very low & No Increament. 6.Not suitable Experience Person. 7.Freshers only Will Working Comfortable 4.Out of State Branches Teaveling time & Working days not pay in This Companies. 5.This Company Aarthi Scan Management Target To Staff Salary Detucted Minimum 3,00,000 Rs.

Just one thing, Salary we get every month on time between 1-3.

Dislikes

Working Hrs. If you are hostle staff it will be 12Hrs if you are day scholar it will be 10-11 hrs. They are providing a very poor quality of food.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low.. No hike. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joines.They will give all type of politics trainings.no career growth. They'll will shift you any location.. Example mumbai to chennai. Without notice.. Strict time. Every month they try to reduce working days by Bio matric system . You can't expect Respect.

I really wanted to stay long run. But my financial situation not allowing to do so. It was wonderful and at most satisfying environment (employer, boss, subordinates, all). I left with hard heart. More to say. ⭐100
