...rk like donkeys, no support, no promotion.. promotions are based on corruption..you pay them and they will give you promotion.. for example Ms. Priyanka present SME in silkboard branch of Aarman solutions for Pharmeasy.. her father paid that's she got promoted...she had no knowledge,no manners and worst of all she doesn't even know how to talk to her fellow colleagues.. even others are same..they say that they in to sales department but they forget that Pharmeasy deals with medicine sale and not Vegetable sales.. disgusting people.

Initially I was working with axelia solutions which then was renamed to Aarman Solutions. Axelia solutions was great to work with but to exploit the employees.

Dislikes

...faction or security as they hire in bulk and then fire without thinking twice. After giving 2 years, I still was asked to resign forcefully when they wanted high salary individuals to leave the company.

CTC is good and salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

3rd class company. No respect for employee's personal life: 3 different shifts rotating within the same week. eg, after the shift ends at 12 AM, you will be asked to report to the office at 8 AM the very next day for an 9 hr shift. This is regular there. Neither customer-centric nor employee-centric. Emergency leaves are for namesake. Since the team works with less capacity, people with genuine sickness may not get paid leave if any other employee doesn't show up.

ppl here the management are demons from hell they do not understand prblms of other person you should never ever join here even if they are paying a lot to you its a trap do go i am talking from experience, I will mention some names here - Suhail Ansari, Neha the HR (these ppl are the purely evil stay away from them)

I worked here in Silk board branch, which is connected with Medicine sales of pharmeasy. This is one of the worst companies you will ever work in. They have no sense of understanding and the work pressure can lead you to suicidal thoughts. Whether its your SME, team leader, manager or your manager, each and everyone their dont even try to understand your problems. They force you to quit the company in case you ask leave even for a week. Not even a single person there is understanding. They have forgotten that they are under medicine sales and not some vegetable sales. Such unorganised and illiterate team of people. They provide promotion on the basis of corruption.
