The high volume of responsibilities can sometimes feel tiring. But its not specific to one department or designation. Everyone shares the load.

Great work life balance, good foray into child protection

Dislikes

Unsupportive, distant and incompetent seniors. No tranparency and accountability, hardly any raise, inflexible w.r.t work from home. Not inclusive enough towards people with disabilities

Salaries are sent on time.

Dislikes

Staff is underpaid, across the same vertical. Differential treatment. Discrimination, unfair HR policies; the review process is shady. The senior management is partial and absolutely disconnected from other staff. No scope of learning, growth, promotions or job security. My entire team was fired overnight because a certain Program Head disliked us and was besties with a particular director.
