...any help from the company. Our friends got fired from jobs without prior notice. And the most horrible thing is salary reductions without any notice whatsoever. They reduce our salaries from 20-25% for the month of March and it hit us hard. But we employees understood that it's a crisis and we should fight this crisis together with the management. But for April, 30-40% of our salaries are reduced. And as always without any prior notice. Even after continuously questioning our head of the department, we got no answers whatsoever. Overall we are facing much bigger crisis because our salaries got reduced to almost half of what they once were.

Dislikes

... any prior notice. Our salaries reduced to almost half of what they were before. And for the work from home team, they got only 60% of the salary. And they don't know anything about pay cuts because our management didn't give us any prior notice about pay cuts. Even after pleading for explanations, we got nothing. Terrible experience in COVID-19 crisis.
