Very competent in their approach to projects ,A well organised criteria also good professional approach on organising manpower for projects, & equipment ,consumables to complete contract. I am a traveling professional myself and it so important to set a suitable Homebase for traveling tradesmen. No two Homebase are the same so this must be explored prior to submitting final tender for project. If project in UK there are set expenses. But overseas relies on teamwork to explore currency and cultural differences that the manpower will endure in particular having to send money home for family. I was in Middle East with 6 different countries represented on site so their monthly wages were different. Amec would have this sorted out prior to mobilisation to site. Well organised David Finlay

Like any project you have teething problems, in particular manpower from different countries, Different religions,Seperate eating areas can be a problem, But this is a problem for most large companies going abroad.
