Salary and Benefits are almost negligible. Loads of work to do, but nothing we got in return. Also the management was not good. HR was even worse. No proper procedures followed and improper treatment of employees.

Fresh graduates can work for maximum 6 months

...in appointment or appraisal letter, No proof of work is provided for 1.5 years. Even salary slip, appointment letter, or appraisal letter won't be given. Many politics, they do unprofessional approach to their clients. Salary is just 10k someone receive just 8k. They force the new hires to create fake review in google and other platforms. Before joining here please ask ex employees for review.

Appraisal are needed to be improved and there is no pf and esi or any other think. For New joinees 1 month there is no salary the second month are you billable in project you get half of your monthly pay in the third month ending you get the exact salary u discussed or else based on the company policy it's may differ. Job security is that another big question mark.
