...a slave (Gulaam").Highly unprofessional & exploitation of employee & contractor.Company vision/objective only how to increase company Profit & cut cost/bill/employee salary by hook or crook.canteen facility not there even company not bother to take care of food person on duty overtime serving two to three shift in rotation.Also in production department shift incharge & down engineers have to do three to four shift in row .even than no arrangement for taking care for basic facilities of employee.employee can not complain to HR regarding this nor he can complain to his boss because it's crime.Production departt few enginers are utilized as operator or chemist with false promise of better future by department. service deptt engineer & technician has to use his own two wheeler for company related jobs within GIDC & 20 km away in Vadodara city .The reimbursement for vehilcle petrol allowance rates are 20 years back & too much question asked for petty payment when bill is submitted to HR/Accounts.HR also handicapped due to anarchist top management no power to execute /no employee policy no proper explanation for salary slip different head & deductions. Cost cutting & increasing company profit is overrated too much & undue billing (unjustified)cutting of contractor bills civil,fabrication,insulation,painting,FRP.Thereof good contractor leave or do not respond to job request.the flip side company pressurise service deptt to complete job/project within time.Overall high attrition of employee.

Worst company.. environment is very bad management behaviour is not good. If u resign company will not pay any kind of money like bonous,leave nothing to pay this company to employee...

Good work environment and culture . Team members supportive . Good salary hike . Yearly health checkup program

Political management , career growth slow , there is leave issue and cut the security deposit in your salary , basic salary very down payment , saftey precious not maintain . Not gaming and yearly event arrange , HR department reply not satisfactory.

Totally bed minded management for R&D manager(dipak bhut) to HR department. He also not following company rules and regulations so pls don't join this type company. I am humble request for new freshers employees before joining pls take it your final decision. This company is not provide transportation and canteen. Also this company dose not awareness for employees safety. In this company major priority of political atmosphere for employees put the resignation letter.(between manager to company owners) And this company R&D manager (dipak bhut) doesn't respect for company employees so pls be aware before company join.
