...d OK I agree .but work is too poor because money problems,daily work is stopped. I have no learning in this company and salary is not pay at correct time ,and low salaries.

i have been working here from past 3 years, there have been no issues with salary payments, they are crediting on time every month, every 3 months we have team lunches, which are enjoyable, along with birthday celebrations, the company also provided insurance at no cost to employees and lunch is provided daily free of charge the working hours are also very continent and the HR Team is very friendly and approachable

As I spent Over 3 Years there, and If I Say anything Bad will not Justify it, if Something was Bad, then why did I spend 3+ Yrs there, was it out of Choice, or were there NO Suitable Options, you may ask? As its well said, seeing is Believing, but nowadays, with AI taking over Human Minds, even Seeing cannot be guaranteed to be Truth. So how can you Judge the Culture of a Company ???

The Timelines to Deliver the Project, unprecedented Delays, and Poor Quality of Work are Major drawbacks here. Sometimes you feel Guilty about selling the wrong Product to Clients, willing to commit a Crime, Just to Achieve Sales Targets.

There is no job security, HR dept. Also terrible there will be no coordination between vice president to HR in the hiring process.

Company wont stand on the word they say. Salaries also not timely, end of the month they will give. Worst company I've seen. You cannot work here peacefully since company also wants the same.

Facility was good but it was of no use because at my time they were not provided me the joining letter. I don't have any prove that I was an ex employee of akriti construction and they didn't gave my last month salary as well
