Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...king experience in aakriti architects. No any financial support during covid-19. Even offer us to work in half salary.

growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and sometime as a double shift as I have to attend client and project related calls in the evening sometime late into the night. I do receive appreciation from my Clint at site, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals.
