Hr rules and regulations. Salary schedule change , Not give proper Time. Slips not give me. Organization not good treatment for Staff. All that issues.

There's a lot 1) full of politics, boss is only favoring one person. Post are only for name sale, no respect to project manager, if you don't favor bosses favorites person your salary will beon hold. Ego is important here. Less work more politics.

Writing on behalf of a friend. They are a fraud company who hires employees without joining/ appointment letter, make them work their as off and fire them after 3 months without evening compensating them.
