... habit with subordinate faculty staff. Difficult to complete 26 months contract. Loss of salary cuts ultimately faculty run away due to internal politics.

No week off No promotion for long time If you have settings with your seniors then you will get promotion instantly Very bad politics Top management don't know reality of ground level If you know politics then this is best company for you I worked in this company for a long time i given my best for this company and even i bothered with my family for this company many times but in very silly mistake company fired me on the spot they even didn't thought that this person given his everything for this company Manager always use abuse language for business Politics politics politics politics nothing to say more
