The actual work was not done in branch level Head office impliment good policies and work culture but in branch level managers not follow them they use the emplkyees to do thwir own work. We dont know when job will lost. Every day need to check personnel mail also whether we are in the system or not.

good company with bad management (people) 1. no promotions 2. internal politics, chamcha giri, tu meri chaat me teri chat ta hu. 3. complete dominance of UP peoples who supports each other's 4. should change name to "Uttar Bhartiya Educational Services of Internal & Corporate Politics." 5. promotions to undeserving people as i mentioned in point no.2 6. ops seniors doesn't know how to do GRN's, STO, PR, Issuance in SAP & ERP but still holding senior positions. 7. always need to do late seating. 8. no life-work balance. 9. no fix holiday. 10. useless regional office. 11. not great place to work. 12. they buy NEET & JEE topers for fake publicity and admissions. 13. backstabber colleagues.

Salary was credited always in time only and only thing I liked in Aakash.

Working culture very pressurized working culture, no work life balance we were also asked to report office during festival holidays, Managers are not supportive will always threaten you for your job and will ask frequently to resign if day target is not completed also managers are always finding way to save there own job. Working in Aakash Chandigarh branch I have seen myself many others employees loose their confidence and leading to towards unwanted stress as they will make you feel worthless.

Bad work environment reason: (1)working on SIP forcefully, (2)per day change in rules for travel and other reimbursements just to mentally disturb employees so that they quit and don't apply reimbursement, (3)overtime work forcefully with no extra pay, unplanned classes which harass faculties, Faculties are forced by DD, AD and AH to give students admission test to provide them maximum scholarship just to increase maximum number of admissions which later on affects teacher to fulfill the target result, (4) Less increment in salary (5) Unnecessary transfer any time even in the mid session just to downgrade ratings to kick out of company (6)In some centres, AH don't let you know about your feedback and ratings just to let you unaware of it if they are wishing to see you jobless or they are instructed by AD or DD to throw you out of the company so that it seems legal and ethical. (7) Job insecurity is the major reason here, when they need you, they will make you work for more than 12 hrs but when they start cost cutting, they will definitely find a way to terminate you even without paying you notice period salary or providing notice period. (8) Worst thing is their "Student First" concept which is applicable for any type of uncultured, unmannered and disturbing students. They can terminate you even just to hold one such type of students reason being these type of students of pay full fees. Conclusion is that at Aakash, a student who pay fee is more respectable than a teacher who has high knowledge and experience with even IITs degree. (9) In some centres there is a discrimination between JEE and NEET. This affects teachers value at centre. (10) The strict punch in and punch out system is very uncomfortable for employees. There should be a system like PW which uses Darwinbox and employees come and complete 9 hrs as per their work schedule and comfort.

... aur majboor logo ke liye jo daily 14-15 ghante ghas ghas ke kaam kar sakta hai. Aur salary aane ke baad hi immediate resign daalna warna tumhari salary gayab.
