1. Too much politics 2. Mountain Pressures 3. Harassment in front of student's parents. 4. Mental torture by seniors. 5. Discrimination. 6. No training. 7. Discouragement. 8. Once admitted, hardly receive any calls from students. 9. Misbehave with student's parents. 10. No career growth. 11. Poor management. These all I have experienced in North Kolkata branch within one month from the date I joined.. I have heard other branches are comparatively good.. but Please do yourself a favour, don't join in North Kolkata Aakash branch..

Manager was good, work culture and salary was ok. Company gives time to learn that helps in growth and development.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, no job security in sales. After the admission season is over the layoff of sales employees start.

Politic Favour only for those who are close to senior management. Hard work employee this company don't want. No transfer they will provide. They force employee for doing things which are not good for the employee.
