This cons are recently added, because the policy change - stop giving increment - no work life balance (Saturday and Sunday working) - didn't receive the bonus yet.

Overall thing is that salary is on time but not that much what you really deserve.

Never works on Engineering & especially Olympiad no one for mathematics & physics is really a not good place to work for engineering

1. Salary is always delayed ( 6-7 of every month) 2. Very dirty politics by the super senior faculty. 3. No appraisal as 5-10% appraisal is basically very heartening when you give your 10-8:10 of everyday for the company. 4. Management surrounded by person who are . 5. No appreciation for the work that you will do beyond your scope rather the management will say yes this is your duty. 6. Faculties are not treated well by management. 7. This is mud pool . Entry is easy but exit is difficult . 8. Working hour is very hectic and believe me sending mail will not help . Saturday 8:40 AM to 5:50 PM Sunday 8:50 to 6 8. Gives threat to faculty while they live the institute

Manager was good, work culture and salary was ok. Company gives time to learn that helps in growth and development.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, no job security in sales. After the admission season is over the layoff of sales employees start.
