Stress, job insecurity,9 working hours. Students first policy is good but sometimes negative for teachers. If. You scold naughty students they may give bad rating. You can be fired any time.

Too much work load. Have to deliver average 7hrs lectures everyday at two different locations in the city.poor and unhygienic infrastructure at mumbai. Lack of basic facilities.

Work life balance is zero. you get one day off that too its wednesday. They will make your wednesday a work day in lieu of any extra hoilday that may come due to government order. Sometimes they make you work if a festival falls on tuesday or thursday. It is not even like you have work, you just need to do your 9 hour sitting idle. you can expect 8% hike. they will cut 10% of your salary as variable, and another 10 as a security which you will get after completing 26 months. Also they will only accept resignation in the month of feb with a newly introduced 2 months notice period. Well, it is only to make the company operations easy, they can fire you in a breath. If you are a man, you will die for transfer, but they can transfer you wherever THEY want, you get 2 days to report to new location. No compensation for relocation. Politics of bosses. Students highly indisciplined. Dull students 90% population. Theor parents join them in coaching. No respect of teachers... because over filled cbse classes and highly indisciplined students post negative report online. Overfeedback and overcautious nature of management ultimately force you to leave job. Feedback tampering by immediate bosses because of nepotism. Arrogant and irritating Branch Managers and Academicians . With these people at hand the business is definitely going to be closed . Academic staff feel like they are the ones who run the company. Needs lots of restructuring both in policies and in Sops.
