Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

The refund policy is poor, leading to frequent customer dissatisfaction and confrontations at the counters. Management is unforgiving, often reprimanding staff for minor mistakes.
