The refund policy is poor, leading to frequent customer dissatisfaction and confrontations at the counters. Management is unforgiving, often reprimanding staff for minor mistakes.

1. Long working hours 2. No work life balance 3. Low salary for high level of work. 4. During week off also need to work. 5. Poor work culture. 6. While you releave , they won't process full and final settlement. 7. Totally a fraud company , please don't join here. 8. Once releaved , they will cheat full and final settlement.

It was a good experience. Good package. Cheerful and supporting staff. Decent culture.

Dislikes

Disliking things were not much. Only the thing is they should not provide targets to the counsellors as they already have a hectic schedule of attaining too many enquiries and informative calls on daily basis along with asmission processing activities in the given software. They should be provided a stressfree work culture as they are the smiling and cheerful representatives of the company at the front office.

...ad good teammates they tought me so much ,helped me so much to do work smoothly.according to me salary is second part job satisfaction is the primary part so IAM fully satisfied with that position I was getting less salary because that was my job now I learner a lot from Aakash institute IAM very thankful to Aakash and my colleague.

I can't blame the company but the employee s sometimes,there is politics.ofcourse all companies have the same problem.expect this I really happy with Aakash institute
