Bad work environment reason: (1)working on SIP forcefully, (2)per day change in rules for travel and other reimbursements just to mentally disturb employees so that they quit and don't apply reimbursement, (3)overtime work forcefully with no extra pay, unplanned classes which harass faculties, Faculties are forced by DD, AD and AH to give students admission test to provide them maximum scholarship just to increase maximum number of admissions which later on affects teacher to fulfill the target result, (4) Less increment in salary (5) Unnecessary transfer any time even in the mid session just to downgrade ratings to kick out of company (6)In some centres, AH don't let you know about your feedback and ratings just to let you unaware of it if they are wishing to see you jobless or they are instructed by AD or DD to throw you out of the company so that it seems legal and ethical. (7) Job insecurity is the major reason here, when they need you, they will make you work for more than 12 hrs but when they start cost cutting, they will definitely find a way to terminate you even without paying you notice period salary or providing notice period. (8) Worst thing is their "Student First" concept which is applicable for any type of uncultured, unmannered and disturbing students. They can terminate you even just to hold one such type of students reason being these type of students of pay full fees. Conclusion is that at Aakash, a student who pay fee is more respectable than a teacher who has high knowledge and experience with even IITs degree. (9) In some centres there is a discrimination between JEE and NEET. This affects teachers value at centre. (10) The strict punch in and punch out system is very uncomfortable for employees. There should be a system like PW which uses Darwinbox and employees come and complete 9 hrs as per their work schedule and comfort.

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved

There is nothing to mention in that category.

...have work, you just need to do your 9 hour sitting idle. you can expect 8% hike. they will cut 10% of your salary as variable, and another 10 as a security which you will get after completing 26 months. Also they will only accept resignation in the month of feb with a newly introduced 2 months notice period. Well, it is only to make the company operations easy, they can fire you in a breath. If you are a man, you will die for transfer, but they can transfer you wherever THEY want, you get 2 days to report to new location. No compensation for relocation. The whole industry is bad, but Aakash is the biggest devil.

Strict policies Too much restrictions ( Officially , you cannot go out within 9 hr shift ). There are people in Head office spying on you with cameras and if you are caught using mobile phone , they will send you email asking for a fine of 2000 and for getting caught sleeping , you will be fined 5000, for interacting unnecessarily , fine of 2000. Like no freedom , it's like you are a slave of the company. Company is paying you , so they can transfer you anytime , would not listen to your choice of transfer requests. Private job means being a slave of the company , if you are a person who is able to accept this mindset. Go ahead. There is an HR System and things are good there , HRs are genuine persons who are concerned about employees and will deal in depth of everything ( but if you complain anything to them , your centre heads ego gets hurt.) Centre Politics ( You cannot do anything about it , it's everywhere ). Overall , it's a good place to work but you have to sacrifice and tolerate a lot. i hope this organisation rectifies it's mistakes . And atleast make the office a good working place. Too much stringent policies make this non-employee friendly. There should be a policy of keeping the employees in the first place as well.
