Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

The only thing to like here is that they provide salary on time on the last working day of the month.

...tice on a very silly mistakes as well and give you threat to leave the company. Forcefully ask you to resign else they will not pay the salary. Hr upfront calling you and saying that this is wrong you have behaviour issue & without giving you the chance to explain yourself ask to leave. I was a victim of this management I'm not blaming the company company is so generous and kind but HR people and higher management is damn bad and asked me to resign actually forced me to resign. At all sudden I was shocked to hear that they are asking me to resign that was so pathetic. ***Join the organisation on your risk**** ****Job security is so bad here **** ***They can live in in between doesn't matter what is the condition of the employee******

...'' battamiz'',' 'btau abhi' '. He was threatening me and he behaves very rudely. When I complaint to the HRs, they didn't do anything and instead they put my salary on hold and they were not releasing my salary. When I started writing on social media finally they released my salary. That guy is still sitting in that office and he is still working. I don't know who gave him the right to enter into someone's personal life. And when you question, he will start using profanity and you can't do anything. If you will complain, you will be out of the company. The people are being exploited their as there is too much pressure of work. The pay is also not good. Never ever join this company otherwise you will cry one day and the only reason will be that person. How can he call me ''battamiz''?? Is it not profanity? They talk about culture and respect, then why their own AVP talks rubbish, have poor mentality and uses profanity? It's been two years and still no action has been taken. And when I sent them an email today after seeing that person working they started threatening me.

Salary very less and promotion after 5yr wo bhi hoga ya nhi hoga ptnhi.. but they will give u examples - See, she/he has taken promotion after a year itself but they won't tell u that he/she was internally connected with some1

Months ago many people were fired from digital and no one was taken back but Noman is back with high salary bz he is brother of Faruk. Sahnabaj and Mohsin again joined bcz they are his people. No hindu is permitted to join back.
