...e for treatment. In 900 beds hardly they are getting 50 original patients as IP. Salary package is very low and not given in time. Horrible and funny management with head eating supervisors.

Horrible hospital . No salary, fake patients for MCI. Rude staffs and management. Unsatisfying work place

...more which support by higher authority except owner of hospital. Accounts deptt. create problem in reimburse travel expenses, hold salary of resigned employees to harassing them on instruction of hospital incharge (administration). HR person is very good. Working life balance is zero. Only several persons gets benefits due to hospital incharge bcse they provide information to them. Appraisal is not sure every year if they done that is maximum 8 to 10%. Working hours is 10 hrs per day minimum with 4 off per month fix. No other leave facility is there. They provide 15 days basic salary after completion of one year.

Dislikes

Everything is not good in Aakash Hospital. Except owner of hospital & staff (middle & Lower). Accounts deptt very bad & not cooperative. No job security. Politics more, no career growth, no training, no good working environment. No family life of employees after joining here.no innovation & no learning

As a duty medical officer it's a worth working there since we are not confined only to our department rather we have the freedom to work in any department irrespective of time in that way I learned a lot .

Dislikes

There was no salary hike that's the only dislike.

People at ground level are very good.

Dislikes

People at higher level are not good ready to play politics everytime to secure their jobs and that why always ready to create problems for junior staff. New people at senior post always ready to create problems for old joiner people.
