Growth opportunity is less. You will keep on doing the same task for years and years. Very few opportunities are given for task shuffeling and no time to learn new skills. Work-Life balance is zero.

Nothing to like ...nor people nor colleagues .toxic environment

...ry rude and egoistic woman..told me to join on mutual timings but didn't abide..they have not paid my salary...For new people joining they make your life a living hell.

... timing or resign.. Dr Jeetendra is a toxic and worst Dr ..full toxic culture ..they have taken my 2 days salary...being a new Dr suffered a lot.

Toxic culture for RMO even lower staff is arrogant and talk rudely with new joiners.

Growth is good if you have extra energy and patience. Keep the mind calm and ignore the unnecessary politics and pressure if you want to grow here.

Company policies are not cleared to junior and mid-level staff. All benefits seems only for high authorities.

Its a startup Hospital so there is lot new to learn as its process is growing

Your hardwork and efforts is sometimes neglected and people with less skills are given better opportunities and Job security is also a concern
