If any one starting in oil and gas field as workover department then this company is very good startup for training, learning and basically for career growth in workover. I am also started my carrier to this company and finally I got a good opportunity in Reliance industries Ltd as a Sr. Drilling Engineer. So overall it's a good company.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
