Leave policy is totally a waste .They made worst leave policy,there is someone in written,they following something else and when you ask and questions about the policy they try to cut your salary unusually to shut up the questioning person and there is nothing to be followed in terms of leave policy which mentioned on terms and conditions

Every thing.. starting from joining till date.. No promised salary given.. No satisfied leaves and policies for employees No Proper OT and Night shift allowances. No Proper office at Airport Nobody is here to listen & solve employees issues. Security deposit amount is too high to put before joining by employees (1 Lakh) No proper transportation allowances when we are out of state for trainings. No Staff recruitment is done from last 3 years, thus making works stressful to current employees. Not recommended to join here.. seriously

Nothing i like except the work I'm doing .Such a worst company which don't care about the staffs and their work environment other than its profit.

The whole company are cheaters who find a chance to loot money from employees as deposit amount , compensation amount and won't even give salary or allowances properly ..Still salary arrears are their to get for each and every staff of the company and for their benefits they are increasing work timing without giving proper off and rest to the staff or without providing increment but they earn very well almost 200 crores profit ...Worst company..

...rarchy. Above all this Hr of the company won’t even mind any of these issues. Salary - Poor Increment - One week petrol money (750) Night shift - Night snacks amount (120) Promotion - Means ? Workday - 6 days a week and One night off for the week Leaves - Like cactus, watch them but don’t touch Wouldn’t recommend anyone to even look the careers of AAICLAS website. Will cost your life

Worst Company I ever work. So much of Politics , No promotion No Job Security....you always work under pressure. Permanent Employee of AAI treat you like a slave . no NOC for interview in other Govt companies., TOP management change frequently that will impact your working style as new employer makes new rule each time. No define leave policy and no medical benefit.
