...od work environment and culture. Supportive teammates and supportive management. Company policies are excellent and they give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years that i donot like. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is supposed to be a corporate company by definition. But I do not feel so, in fact none of the employees do. If we take our assigned task seriously and work on successfully completing it, Aabasoft will be with us in each and every ups and down. And if we don't, they will do whatever humanly possible to bring about change in us, give time to pull ourselves together and push us to the limits. It was a blatant coincidence that I attended the interview at a random college job fest and joined Aabasoft. Coincidence cannot get any better than this!

Dislikes

Keeping aside all the good aspects of working at Aabasoft, salary is my main concern. Compared to industry standards and according to my research and knowledge, salary is relatively low compared to what we do here.

Work culture and employee engagement activities are so good.

Dislikes

Compensation is the major drawback there.Even now they are giving a basic pay of 7k for executives and even if an employee is getting a salary of 15k or above they are hiding the actual basic pay so as to reduce the of deduction from company.They don't provide increments as well.Emploees having 5 and 6 years of experience is getting 20k from this company.Also no work life balance we have to be available 24*7.

...re starting the job. We have to work in sundays they are providing leave random.For 10 hours of work in a day (280 hrs in month) they will give you 7200 INR Great salary is in't

Working environment is too good. Nice colleagues. Good team leader and process leader. All are very helpful. Relaxing time is there. Gaming, prizes, sports, celebrations, trips etc relaxes our mind and is a good firm to work

Salary is too poor.
