The work life balance is fine since it is mostly hybrid mode.

Dislikes

The name of the company is Antahin Abha Foundation. THey claim as equal opportunity employer but do terminate people under any excuses. Here people need to flatter the Operation Lead to survive. The owner is an NRI and managers here take that advantage.
