worst part is travelling from thane station to office via Auto. For taking auto there will be always long queue and huge traffic and usually it takes 1 hr. to 1.15 hr. to covered 4 km distance .

Policies, Owner is a self-proclaimed god with narcissist personality, Management doesn't know what they are doing, they don't even know how to retain their clients Work weekends or they may fire you

In few lines no job security and no notice period directly they will terminate you from the job and there is no other option to shift the candidates in other department, if you are getting a call from this consultancy please do ask for job security otherwise they will give you damn surprises.........

Very cheap politics and sudden way of discarding employees in a nasty manner , a Machiavellian covert narcissist who disguises himself as an empath heads HR that too as dual employment , has a steady job elsewhere , comes to A5E once in a while , collects consultation fees.

It depends on the manager you are working with, its been a great experience working with my manager.

Zero Job security, if you are not in the project you are out of the company. Horrible politics, zero knowledge sharing environment.
