Developers out there is awesome and well skilled . Initial Salary provide by A2 solution is good but increament after join is not as good even if they increase they try to treat over increament given.

Dislikes

Terrible code base, Terrible projects, no project management, nonsence ideas , as app developer hates to build website like apps, no bonuses, no gratuity, no PF, no insurence, nothing to expect other than Salary, no holidays other than serious holidays like Christmas , Onnam (as it's in kerala) if they give also they will try to call for work. If I start a project of 21 day, 1st they will ask for time line and if we gave whatever be the project they will make to week, and the same day evening they will call and ask for build finallly they will introduce 100 changes even serious design changes at on 60 day also the project remains worst and source code full messed up. No proper requirement analysis. No air-conditioning and development condition for a developer other than specious area.

Dislikes

company managements don't have manners and culture, they don't know how to treat or deal with employees, they think that their employees are robots there is no consideration that employees are humans. They need to work 24*7 . harassing etc. If they have problem with any employee they just make unnecessary talks and fire them out. there no job security.
