..., frequently holding back employees' and laborers' salaries without explanation. There have even been instances of forgery in cash salary payments for laborers, which is both alarming and unprofessional. This company offers no stability, no growth, and no respect for its employees. I would strongly discourage anyone from working here.

I had a terrible experience working at A- Tek Enterprises. The Managing Director is the worst leader I have ever encountered. He not only withheld employees' salaries for no legitimate reason but also delayed vendor payments, damaging business relationships and trust. Instead of fostering a professional and respectful work environment, he resorted to threats to control employees. The workplace culture was toxic, with zero transparency, no respect for hard work, and unethical practices at every level. Morale was constantly low, and employees lived in fear rather than motivation. I strongly advise job seekers and vendors to stay away from this company. A business that mistreats both its employees and partners is bound to fail. No one deserves to work in such a stressful and unfair environment.
