This company is not good. Bad words are used by old employees to abuse new employees. Too much yelling on the floor. Not a peaceful place to work. Insulting behavior Not a place for women due to the abusive nature and too much double-meaning talk by old employees. Worst organization

...fficiently to Indian Navy and Indian coast guard ( which always feels proud ) secondly the working environment is very cool, always team works, appraisals on time, salary on time.

Culture is horrible, slave behaviour of the Owner, Family run business no hierarchy, only one decision maker the MD, Staff is humiliated on various occasions, team is build by employees who are under pressure in personal life's so that they can be squeezed well at work place.

very bad company. No point to describe. If u see diwali photo, their 50 percent employees are changed in diwali group photo every year as they are sacked.

Dislikes

increment in 2 to 3 years only if u are a good chamcha. Too much politics. Employees are sacked within 24 hrs notice period. Mental torture. Owner will exploit employees. When u resign they will try to keep you back by giving some good increment and once you cotinue working further you will be sacked after couple of months when you have no other jobs in hand. Company will not hire any bori muslims.

Very good environment culture, Teammates are very much supportive and the management are too good. Our Owner and Managing Director Ms Nafeesa Moloobhoy is to nice to how to treat the employees, she is very nice to take each and everyone with together all times. All words are less to appreciate her. Only I want to say her very much thank ma'am.

No any dislike point in view of me, all depends upon employees knowledge and behaviour
