I am the one candidate who unfortunately applied for interview in their one touch segment and after got my interview scheduled with them for second round by one lady called Suman mam as I don't know why she don't want to mention her full name instead she tells everybody Suman mam but before I go for second round I had seen reviews of the company and after seeing it I opted out not to go further with this company and when I told to so called Suman mam she literally threatened me that she will blacklist my ni other company will hire me in future I am shocked that I am only the candidate who is going to appear for interview and got threatened what the hell they were doing with their employees Don't go with such kind of companies and should be blacklisted by the ourselves only by sharing their reviews

I fill very bad of Menarini India Pvt Ltd because it has closed the general brands operations in India and many of people working in Menarini Primary care division lost thier jobs,and even they had given any kind of financial statement to me.I had worked in Menarini India Pvt Ltd for 6 years.

Company work culture is worst just blaming people and no job security and no growth at all

Adjustments for sales of products heavy pressure.Just blaming sales personnel always pressuring them to quit job no job satisfaction and no growth overall.RSM and GSM don't spend any money but only the manager and sales personnel have to put effort and their own incentives for sales.Foolishly people are targeted without any reason.
