Company are two product manufacturing. A.C Sheet and A.C Mazza Pipe plant. Salary are according to pipe unit to sheet unit High Payment sub Positions. Pipe Unit Sub Positions Low pays. Company Securities are very lase lazy. But all over Good Company by Domestic Person not a Other State Person.

Company good for local person. Not good to other state person. Security guard so lazy.

Our company truly cares about every employee and they go above and beyond to make sure it's employees are successful i honestly can't think of a can about working for usha we are very proud of the company we are building as well as the diversity of our team

From company emd it good culture but from distribution end it s very horrible experience

Company has great potential but never explored it. Company would have done much better & could be in first 500 companies of India

It was initially started corrugated sheet and I had to develop dealer/ distribution network , which did , but I must say nothing proffetional like my earlier employers .

Work culture was not professional . And absence of ,promotion, growth, incentive, satisfactory TADA .
