Good company which maintains work life balance and company has very good culture. Saturday sunday off once in a month fun friday event arrange by hr. You can take WFH 4 days in month.

Some seniors special who are from pune office they are very rude and they behave like we can work only there work no other work is important. I feel from them company should give one Special engineering team so burden will be equally disturbed.

The company has a nice work environment, and overall, the atmosphere is pleasant. However, the experience was overshadowed by the behavior of one manager, Bhagyashri. She openly discriminates between Marathi and non-Marathi employees, treating them unfairly. Her biased attitude created an uncomfortable and unprofessional work culture for many of us. If not for this, the company would have been a great place to work. Management should address such discrimination to ensure a truly inclusive workplace.

Smooth working,timely credit of salaries,owner is genuienly concerned for his employees.Very down to earth.During lockdown,we were not bothered about our jobs.Salaries got credited with some deductions but it came always on time.Separate fund is issued in case if any employee get in touch with Cororna.Group medical policies,insurances etc are additional feather.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
