Work life balance; Company providing work from home does not mean that they are facilitating to employees as satisfying work environment. We are human beings, not robotics. Managers put targets to employees, these are not qualifying with working hours. It will be overwhelming, will destroy work life balance, fails to share time with Family. For getting Good performance, Good sight according the Manager, team member should start his work, before 1 hour from time. There is not any end of stop the work. Manager allocate in that way, that will minimum 300% allocation of whole day. He expect, team members should achieve the at least 80-90 quantity. But he never consider the timing required for base activities to perform the work. He only ask think about how much did. There are multiple basic works to complete 1 quantity. 30-40% target can be achieve easily. Need to go with below steps to complete 1 quantity. 10% data take to complete 1 quantity the time more than 30 min means that will take more than 3-4 hours to complete. 30- 40% data that will take 2 hours; for remaining 50 % data there only remains 2-3 hours, in this 2-3 hours, 30% data will be completed and 20 data will be pending as per working hours. In order to complete that 20% data, I need to attend extra 1-2 hours at start of the day or end of the day or week off. Email activity, sending queries, getting resolutions, follow ups, PO approved or not approved segregation, execution after getting resolutions In this target; Manager never consider daily data reporting / status accurately, sending queries by email; the deliverables from other department; lunch and other brakes. In order to fulfil all deliverables as per Manager's expectation, most of team members start their work 1-2 hour before start of the day, some of them, they do late night work. If someone fails to do complete or unable to share the proper status, the manager will speak as per his Manager level mentality. And there are some employees work more than 9 hours to see better in Manager's view. They actually do 10-12 hours daily and weekend as well to achieve performance, better scoring compare to others. They pretends like that they completed 120-130% target within working hours in Manager's perception. They never complaints. Everybody has right to achieve good rating, the better performance in Manager's perception. But it does not mean like that everybody to do give extra hours, to be work in weekends. If anybody talk about this, Manager will consider you don't have skills, you are wasting time in working hours and he will compare with others achievement. Every person is not same in skills, behavior. Degrading team members with comparing to target achievers is not good. In the team, all kinds of people will be there. Manager never share appraisal criteria. There is no rating system for appraisal. Whatever he sets the target, he never show in annual performance appraisal that this is daily target and there should be weightage ratio for for target with accuracy. Company provides good opportunity on growth perspective.

Dislikes

But the Managers like Yuvaraj VP doesn't allow the subordinate to grow for next level, even though provided negative ratings on the Managers score card no use. Due to him there are many talented individuals who left the organisation.
