They emotionally torture you. It isn’t even a joke. I’ve worked for 11 months and i regret every bit of it. Save yourself, don’t even consider that brand. No matter how good it looks on the outside. The owners are mentally gone.

Everything. They haven’t paid our salary for half months. Our salaries have been delayed by 12-15 days, every month. And even when they give it — you get half of it.

...of the people, Ceo ram changes his decision every 4 hours, will always mock you and mentally touture you, does not give salary slips, nor any certeficate of working, he dosent even give a sonpapdi on diwali

Being a 5 yr old company , a startup, it throws unique challenges (lemons) at you every now and then helping you to develop skills of making lemonade. (Pun intended)

Toxic work culture and no work life balance. Founders are least bothered about employees satisfaction They not only exploit their customers but their employees too
