There's no fix time of salary and there is huge partiality between hindu and muslim candidate. They offer good increment and value to muslim candidate. Overall salary and carriers growth is not possible here.

They take advantage of fresher by giving employment on basis if working 6 month offrole in company or more they take marksheet as well as make bond that fresher employee because of employment give to them and here trouble start they give only 3to6 k appraisal In one year

HERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS, BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT NOTHING IS PERFECT SO, THERE IS ALWAYS 1% REMAINS TO ACHIEVE. MANAGEMENT CUD BE BETTER IN A WAY 🤓
