They paid very low salary and work load is very high. For Leave you have to fold your hand in front of HR. There's no fix time of salary and there is huge partiality between hindu and muslim candidate. They offer good increment and value to muslim candidate. Overall salary and carriers growth is not possible here.

Poor salary giving Deduct your salary without valid reasons Don't give on paper joining and experience letter after leaving the jobs ,no offer letter will give you,hr policy is Pathetic for employees.not good environment for new freshers, they will try to make you fool and make you work on low wages.

They take advantage of fresher by giving employment on basis if working 6 month offrole in company or more they take marksheet as well as make bond that fresher employee because of employment give to them and here trouble start they give only 3to6 k appraisal In one year

I have been working here for last two years & learnt a lot, a constructive working environment, as the seniors are very cooperative in terms of sharing their Knowledge & very well behaved. NO VIP culture consequently, u hv very easy access to (MD SIR, MANAGER, HR) apart from work ( birthday celebration, festival celebration) EPITOME, HOW CULTURAL DIVERSITY GENERATES INNOVATIVE ASPECTS AMONG EMPLOYEES & REDUCES NEGATIVITY Feel gud to be A&TIAN👍

HERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS, BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT NOTHING IS PERFECT SO, THERE IS ALWAYS 1% REMAINS TO ACHIEVE. MANAGEMENT CUD BE BETTER IN A WAY 🤓
