Salary issues, there is huge pendency in salaries. On an average, an employee has 6-7 months of pending salary.

Presently the financial condition of the Organisation is very bad. It has not been paying the salary of most of the employees for long period.

No job security - hire and fire culture Half the company has been downsized in 6 months Meetings run till 5 in the morning sometimes No appraisal No increments All HODs were fired abruptly during downsizing without giving notice period or an opportunity to find another job to move on HR is puppet . No say of his in front of directors

horrible company to work.. not given salary for 7 months and they are paying new employees to get the work and later kick them....please dont suggest this company to any one ...company not paid our or PF TDS mediclam etc.

People are good, work life culture is very very pathetic. Day starts at 10 am ends at 11.30pm. Work gets done by 6 but for no reasonthry make us sit till 11.30pm. Everyday. So before you decide to apply here think twice for your work life. Unless u are single and bachelor you are welcome.
