Work from home since pandemic, peers help each other in the same department.

No hike since 4 yrs, you get to do the work of others as well. Need be you have to work on scripts, voice over, creatives, placing ads, working on content, etc. You'll be working on things beyond your boundaries and beyond your time limit.

Company policy was the fine , they didn't deduct the salary even in lockdown

Bosses are pathetic, they didn't respect anybody, they are really inhuman, they completely misbehaved employees, use abusive language.

The person who heads Kolkata is the worst kind of manager.Without basic manners & etiquette. They'll thrash you,abuse you, use slang in front of everyone. Calling up people unnecessarily at late nights HR system requires a huge revamp . No proper training during/post onboarding is provided. System is extremely outdated. They ask you to come at office at 9am..but they come 11am..And in case they arrive before you even if it's 5mins they will be after your life ..
