Entire 91 social, they don't let you stick with your actual expertise. They will insist you to switch your role according to their preference and then if you won't accept their offer, they will fire you for sure.

Here for freshers also they are providing work from home.

Job security is very less as I joined in November 2021 the project facilitator told directly to resign due to project issue so employees are suffered a lot from last 3 4 months they have fired a lot of people.

If you are working in 91social with client: developers has to do everything from gadering the requirements from client, shaping it, documenting it , delivering it while project facilitators and managers are still there to ask everything from them. If you are outsourced to client: They just work on outsourcing you without taking a single concern about your issues. project facilitators are neither skilled nor professional, most of the time you will not see a single document preprared or contribution made by them in SDLC.

The Culture is excellent , work life balance is amazing,you can freely share your ideas to any level of management and people listen to it, Benefits are amazing like employer PF contribution and insurance premium is not deducted or included in your salary, have an amazing team who are very talented, plus they do not care about your degree or marks scored.
