when i was working there i saw most of developers are getting fired after a day or week. There is issue with hierarchy you wont understand whom to reach out to or to trust. Politics is there 100%.

I like working from home from 88 digital co. but they are attempting to more works without any time barriers.

Dislikes

They are providing very low salary comaring to other startups. With doing more works they are cutting salary from all employees for gaining the income for the company. The work culture was very bad😞

there are not any pros about company because it's not a company it's a scamming organization

the company is fake they just scam employee in the name of employment and they are very professional in there criminal work like looting, extortion blackmailing, etc. they hide there all dirty work in the name of fake consultation work and they also think that the fast typing a programing skill as they don't know programming, I request mumbai police and other law enforcement agencies to please look into these matter and punish these atul agarwal head of these criminal organization, he deserves to be in jail
