Gym provided in Office Give good salary ( although office politics is very very high )

Dislikes

Toxic work culture Very high Attrition Rate I was hired and fired next month After 15 days of joining my manager tells me I hired you by mistake, when I have said “No” to other companies I was given Offer Letter HR play office politics and discrimination based on Gender, Caste and State you come from Not Safe for women ( They hide POSH cases )

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at 7-Eleven, but if I had to mention one challenge, it would be the occasional lack of flexibility with scheduling during peak periods. While I understand the need for consistency, sometimes balancing personal life and work during busy times can be challenging. That said, I truly appreciate how the company is always striving to improve work conditions and support employees

Employees, especially those in the security domain, should not expect good appraisals or opportunities for growth. 3.
