Inspite of uncertainties, the company recently conducted appraisals for all the eligible individuals and a salary hike ranging from 25-35% on an average was given. Also, during Diwali maximum amount of INR 10,000 was awarded to the best performer. To add on the company also announced that for this year they will be giving bonuses/incentives every quarter.

Work load but it’s fine if you want to learn and grow.

The company and it's HR is absolutely pathetic. The HR had two of its employees sit in a conference room to declare a relationship just shows how the company and it's management has absolutely no regard for their employees dignity self respect and they have no idea how a corporate works.

Likes

Nearby to the neighborhood of some employees, so they stick around. Small organization, so felt like a family sometimes (bitter-sweet). Your life is soughted if you are in the good books. Promotions happen in 3 months in the scenario of playing favorites. You can get to manager level from associate level in an year (Yes!!!!)

Dislikes

1. Management: they can leave freshers in the midst of storm to favour clients. 2. HR: Facade, doesn't do the real deal. 3. Research process: don't train employees, just get straight to conducting calls and that to with C-level executives. The people at highest position tell you off if you don't get it right in the first go. 4. Owners: In pursuit of building a brand, they go haywire at small things. Easy to manipulate, judgemental, if they hate you, they HATE YOU.

The facilities were top-notch with modern amenities and comfortable workspace conducive to collaboration and creativity. The level of expertise demonstrated by the team at 6Wresearch is truly impressive.

the company is sensitive towards employee's raised issues wherein the management of the company is very supportive. Also, our department heads give us free hand in the working. During the lock-down and presently, all the employees were given 'work from home' facility along with full IT infrastructure facilities, our salaries are till now intact including our other benefits. The company and management has understands the current situations of pandemic and in that aspect they have helped us in their full capacity.

Dislikes

the fresher has to learn everything on their own or from their seniors so their is huge scope of conducting training programs for new people. Sometimes we don't receive appreciation for our work which is disheartening.
