I have wasted my 2 years of career working for 6thstreet, I was promised with promotion and salary revision in par with new offer which I had in Nov 2021, but that was a lie by HOD. They will try to give false hopes whenever you try to move out of the organization (Same thing happened with one of my colleague). There are no appraisals as the company is in deep losses. CEO is immature without having any experience he is running his family business. He thinks Tech team can be replaced just like that similar to non technical teams. HR's are arrogant and they gonna threaten you when you try to raise your questions. There will be no team bonding activities. No learning platforms. No Appraisals. No Promotions. No timely communications from management or HR. Management treats you like a servant.

Dislikes

Unstable top management hierarchy. Too much politics. If you are not buttering the top management, you won't get anything. No salary increment for last 5 years. No clarity on how to run the business. Working here feels like it's monarchial rule with the business heads as the rulers- their favourite ones are the administrators & employees are their soldiers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.
