Company office at Mumbai is good with many facilities. Christmas party is celebrated nicely every year.

Dislikes

1. There is too much office politics here. 2. Getting salary hikes is like begging. 3. Hiked salary we get in September instead of April. Last year's salary arrears aslo not paid on time, in some years it was looted by company illegally. 3. Promotions remain just dreams. 4. Favouritism is on top.

...on is outstanding. Working environment is good and almost all people have heart. IT team and HR team supported well during COVID but at one point where in May2020 salary cut made was 25% which had pinched each employees as looking at EMIs and household expenses situation made tight. I suggest management needs to look into the same.

Dislikes

Training is low and expectations are too high. People staying in between Malad-Mira road has very tough time in traffic due to metro work.

It's company good but in lowdown has started salary deducted around 10 to 15% and other side layoff process Goan though in company

It has been a wonderful experience working here. The pay is good, there are ample learning opportunities, and job security is solid. Additionally, management is approachable and receptive to discussing challenges.

Dislikes

While working in support, it has been difficult to get leaves. I often had to work on Saturdays, start early in the morning, and stretch late into the evening.
