Beware. No HR policies. No holidays. No salary if you are relieving, no incentives, they eat vegetarian but suck employees blood . Please be aware . Especially B2B dept. Many have ran away without informing because of the unfair treatment.

They dont give your salary if you relieved some emergency issue. They create rumours easily..they dont think about that. That rumours stops our growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They are just motive to sell their franchise to others. Rest of the things like our problems, if we want to increase the sales they don't listen our words. If we have any pending amount in our branch first of all we have to clear those amount, then only they can listen our words or else they won't listen our words. It's such an worst organisation. I never seen this kind of organisation before

First of all thanks to our 5k family....as a fresher i selected here... I don't know about sales experience...but now as per the management training and support, motivation... i learned more and more...i feel many changes and improvment from me...and now I'm doing very good in sales role...and definitely I have a hope..with the help of my leaders i will grow for the next level of learning and position...I'm very gratitude to our 5k car care....thank you so much...🙏
