These are my experience based on the time I have spent here 1. You get here salary based on wrking hours which will be counted by Teamlogger installed on your personal computer whih takes screenshots every 30 seconds. No employee benifits. Just the money based on hours worked. 2. No culture. Literally no one works professionally here. No one knows the other person here. 3. Low Salary. Don't expect more then 15-25k salary that too based on working hours. They provide salary of ₹130-170 per hour. Just for context....you can make more as a Delivery guy! 4. No job security. I was literally told by the CEO that there is no long term commitment with the employees. Once the inhouse tools are deployed. It will be easier for us to work(basically you all will be sacked). 5.You have to clock 8 hours a day on timer running on your laptop. For that you atleast need to work 10-12 hours assuming you have other works to do at home since its completely WFH job( that too with extremely low salary). 6. Apart from that, there is lot of backbite around new employees and the level of disrespect from the upper management guys are terrible. All and all...0/5 star from me.

Starting with the recruitment process there is no proper HR who is specifically designated to that role. There is a person from the customer support who works as the HR. Then they make you install an app on your personal pc to track your working hours instead of giving the company laptop. Nobody cares about your issues especially if you work in the marketing team. I have worked before in the corporate culture but trust me this is the worst working atmosphere that you can work in. You are made fun for everything and anything that you do and there is nobody not even the ceo to help you resolve the problem. There is a person designated as the product manager whose degree is questionable but then will always interfere and mock at your credentials and will harm and torture you on another mental level so much and so that I had to end up resigning. As I said the HR is namesake and she herself is a bully so can’t even go with your problem to her. Only if you are desperately in need for a job only then join this company because it takes a huge toll on your mental health so please be very careful before joining.

The Product Manager of this company who just knows to share your personal information and also make fun of you, about your looks and especially about women who himself looks like Chimpanzee. For 6 months none of the products are launched, the people who try to make a launch they are just bullied. The HR good for nothing, whose designation is questionable, because except for gossiping and making her Team work like Donkeys is good for nothing, so you cannot share any issues in the company or anything you face with her. The CEO of the company, when a team goes and addresses the problems or things that are taking toll on the mental health, he himself jokes about it. When the employees goes to him for the bully that is happening to them instead of firing the bullies the victims are fired. Meetings are kept in the night or whenever he feels like that's very unhealthy and no distinguish between perosnal and professional life. The Team logger is the useless thing, where other than made fun no other use. If a small company like this wastes its money and time on this and mostly that doesn't trust its employees then its better not to work in that company. -NO work ethics to all the people who work here.
