...day balancing sleep and work. If you have personal life, this setup is draining. 3) Mislead Salary Structure- During interview, they will pitch your salary as per month basis, but in reality, it is measured active by working hours through screen tracking software. There is no health insurance, PF, etc. 4) Unfair Salary Deductions- Your pay is reduced for inactive time, even after completing tasks. The company prioritizes screen time over actual performance. 5) Unprofessional Exit Process- HR ignored my official resignation email and kept trying to push conversations with "sir" instead of handling my exit properly. No reply on email. 6) Unpaid Work Hours- I wasn't paid for the time I worked in my final month before resigning.

Dislikes

Owner’s behavior: The owner, Amarjeet Singh Kalra, has bad behavior. I even had an argument with him once. No incentives: There are no incentives for the Ecommerce Executive position. Lack of training: No training was provided, nor was a proper Job Description (JD) given. Strict monitoring: The “Insightful” software monitors your keyboard and mouse activity, taking screenshots every 2 minutes. This is not good for privacy or personal life. Poor task management: Their task manager is very inefficient. Even after updating work status, you have to repeatedly message them on WhatsApp. Insufficient guidance: Work is not explained properly, and the overall management is very poor. Unrealistic work hours: You must complete 200 hours each month according to the Insightful software, which doesn’t count idle time. This is practically impossible. Dependency on one person: The entire company depends on one individual, “Jisan Sir.” He does not guide or respond to juniors properly, yet everything relies on him and he works however he wants. Frequent hiring & firing: The company is always hiring new people and then firing them. Amarjeet Sir repeatedly threatens to fire employees.

Buttering is the main key of success in such types of small scale lala chaap companies. No notice period accepted from staff as well as from management side immediate relieving is fashion here.No training for staff. HR is like a showpiece here. Didn't provide pick up & drop from home for Outstation visits who are far from decided route from company to visiting place even for early morning in winters like 6.30am or late night. No reliability of job even after too much hard work. They don't have much work but created a lots of workforce & just show off of working employees. Almost 90% staff changes every year. Everyday there is an interview.
