Work politics, no work life balance, less innovation and no team work. Old employees will try to play politics and dump all their work to new joiners and freshers. Micro management at work is also a big headache.

Good place to learn and develop skills for freshers. For senior employees it is a good place for whom seeking for onsite opportunities.
