... know how to work, they are always put on the pressure to complete the target's. If anyone didn't met the target's and if you got error, they cut the salary up to 15k per month. Freshers don't come to this company, after 2 years also you will get the same salary. You will not get any appraisal's. Quality team is a sombu doods, they don't have any proper experience. If anyone knows sombu and druggers they will get promotions and increment.

I have in 4D global for 2 yrs really worst company i ever had they don’t value the best employees and IJP are only useful for who are all supporting to management they only eligible, if in case, they don’t have any knowledge about RCM, even having a best employee They don’t Worth it. And management, Make a fake promises to employees. And no clean environment.

For their other standards. They were rather Lenient when I used to work there. Which can also be called needlessly secretive in an immature sense. Lenient towards those who arrived late. For NO complete pick up was provided to anyone even from next district. Nor complete drop.

This is the one & Only* company for which I'm posting a review 1+year since I left. So That should say a lot about my caliber & substance. Because recalling their non serious, funny senior management and crazy people filling half their Employed ranks. I suspect this management might have played some backend blackmarking. Just for fun. The top HR used to perform stage drama roles when in a serious discussion.. Looking at all corners of the empty hall.. and also get up and walk away without sign of minimum etiquette. Besides excusable maners. With this kind of professional standard. The deputy CEO who rather surprised me as he approched close and as he said was upon seeing my thoughtful looking face. It struck like a ray of hope.. as till then I dint know what post he held there. By a room in the lobby corner. Later I saw him having such chats with quite a few Employees.. HE used to make cartoon faces & stare downs frequently with frowning expressions very unlike any professional senior I could relate in 9 years. These chats had kiddish promises and humour of look aways. He made 1 such promise to keep me updated in loop. But suddenly stopped reporting to office. When I asked the HR for the discussion in the matter long after 10 days.. The HR said the Deputy CEO is absconded and gone missing without informing. And Thats a HR Joking daily over meeting plans of deputy CEO..!! When the Only serious aspect is that a deputy CEO. Had involved me into matter concerning regular Employees own limits. For a 1980s fellow. I thought these are the new Casual & informal means of communication in vogue. Later by the end. I really dread to think. If this be the new normal of Office conduct in any other companies today. I had much more such strange encounters and more uncouth behaviours just in this 5 months of job. That led me to take a break and make a dash for skill upgraded job scans in future. While I felt I must make public today.. 1+ year later. Else, Shoud hinting a report on such unbelievable experiences become the norm later at some time. Then, I may be marred tomorrow for the guilt of not making it public. Having mistaken: scilence as be traditional code of Decency. Or deeming it as having a degree of moral compass & dignified stature. Where.. All that may have gone out of fassion.!! I may have overdone it here, my self. But since accusing or laying a broad allegation without depth or detail. Could be anyones narrative. Hence I liked to make it clear. Apparently without taking any names.

They have good clients but incapable staff's. All employees not have domain knowledge of medical billing even trainers, TL also not good only they know about HIPAA that's it. First they need to hire good employees with strong medical billing knowledge than only expect growth else lose this business soon. Even Manager only person making conflict between team members. The owner from US so he easily escape because she don't know what is going on teams.

if you gonna join 4d remember 1 thing if you have good quality score and production you will get full salary else half and full days lop for employees better joins good company my opinion, Many employees lost more than 10k, 8K from the salary from basic fixed pay,
